I have realized that this blog is going to help me to take more pictures. Because while it is fun to read updates on people and their families pictures are much more fun to look at while you read! :)
We spent Thanksgiving in Mtn. Home at my dad's with family from the Barber side :) It was great to see Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Grandparents that I don't get to see often. We watched football and old family videos of my grandpa and his family from when he was young. I have seen all those pictures before but it was really neat to have my grandpa narrating the pictures as we looked at them. It brought them to life...
The girls love their grandparents house...horses, chickens, dogs, and cats...any child's dream. Taylor wrestles the cats and catches the chickens. (I have nick named her Rocky) Jordynn loves the Wii and is a bowling wonder. And Madison just likes to be able to run in circles and be crazy! Jc and I enjoy the break! :)
We hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with family and friends and reasons to be thankful.
Love,
Andrea

Thanksgiving Service
Every year our church has a Thanksgiving service where they encourage everyone to dress up and come and give thanks to the Lord for all that He has done. So this is one of the 1st years that we dressed up...I have some pictures of the girls and their comstumes... Taylor was a pilgrim, Jordynn was an Indian, and Madsion was from the late 1600's. We had so much fun :)

Here We Go!
Ok, so here we go...
So, for those of you who have checked our newly started blog you can be the 1st to hear our BIG news. Jc and I are in the final stages of becoming foster parents!!! Which we are very excited to do. We have to take some classes and then hopefully we will get a child placed in our home soon after that! The girls are very excited to open their home and hearts to a child who needs love :) They are such amazing girls. We will keep you all posted (on our blog page) as we continue through the journey of foster parenting. Yes, we would love to adopt if the Lord opens the door.
The other news is that I get to have sinus surgery Dec. 3rd..yeah for me! I have a deviated septum and my right cheek sinus cavity is completely blocked and about 1/2 the size it should be. So they will fix my septum and "find the natural openings and make them bigger" so my sinus's can work. WooHoo...
Thanks for taking interest in our family...
Will post again soon..
